Story not told:
1) the aircraft is overweight by 1 ton. When wind is calculated, overweight by 6 tonnes. shifted CG aft.
2) poor maintenance caused the plane to skid and captain has to take off early. Speed is slow.
3) Flight engineer shut down engine 1 too early. It is not on fire and should not be shut down below 400ft.
